Return and Cancellation
I pride myself in the quality of my work and customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible!
Cancellation
You can cancel your order as long as it has not shipped. Simply contact me and I will return your money, no questions asked!
Returns
ONLY if a shipping tracking number is provided when the item gets shipped back to me. Upon the item’s arrival I will provide a complete refund (including the initial shipping cost). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you are dissatisfied, for ANY reason, of your purchase please let me know so that we can work things out. Under most circumstances I will be happy to simply make another piece for you.
Item lost during shipping/arrived broken/mistake in order
In the event that something went wrong, either during processing or shipping, please contact me as soon as possible at kilva40@gmail.com!
If the item is broken or a mistake was made in the order please send me a photo of the order. I will be happy to make another (similar) piece for you, free of any charges. Please expect there to be a reasonable production delay of at least 1 week, as I rent a public kiln to do my firings.
Shipping Methods
The shipping is done through Canada Post.
Shipping fees are already included in prices but please note that customers are responsible for any custom or duty fees which might be applicable in their country.

Packaging
Pendants and earrings arrive packaged in a small paper jewelry box, perfect for gifts. Sculptures arrive nestled inside a 4 Inch x 4 Inch shipping cardboard box, with recycled paper packaging. For ecological reasons I avoid the use of plastics, like bubble wraps, in my packaging.
The boxes, and most of the packaging, are made from partially or fully recycled materials and are themselves fully recyclable.
